A large percentage of the gross sales of the Commemorative WWP Pen are guaranteed to go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. Due to contractual agreements with WWP we are not allowed to list the exact percentage as it could hurt their negotiations with future campaigns. It is extremely important to Cotapaxi that we maintain complete trust and transparency with everyone that participated in our campaign. If you would like to speak further with us about our exact contribution level to WWP specifically, or any other additional information pertaining to this campaign, please contact Carl Cetera @ ccetera@cotapaxi.com

great cause for all to see.

One of the things that means the most to everyone at Cotapaxi is the freedoms that we enjoy as Americans. When the opportunity was presented to us to support the Wounded Warrior Project; it was one that we got behind with our hearts and souls, and we feel very privileged to be a part of such an important foundation and campaign.

The mission of the Wounded Warrior Project, TO HONOR AND EMPOWER WOUNDED WARRIORS, is one that Cotapaxi believes in and supports entirely. For those that have given so much for our country we humbly thank you.

These warriors answer the call to defend the American Dream, regardless of its meaning, for every individual American. Some pay the ultimate price in protecting our way of life with the cost of their own; and some come home wounded in mind, body or spirit. Without the courageous support and determined aid from the Wounded Warrior Project; these warriors who help us realize our American Dreams, would give up on their own American Dreams.

Giving back even just a little to those who have given so much is our duty and our pleasure.

It is with great pride and honor that Cotapaxi presents our Wounded Warrior Project Collectible pen.

Order yours today and know that you are giving back to these brave warriors.

A portion of every pen’s sale will go directly to the Wounded Warrior Project. Please help Cotapaxi reach its goal of donating ten million dollars to this great cause.

WWP backpacks contain essential care and comfort items including clothing, toiletries, calling card, CD player, and playing cards, all designed to make a wounded warrior’s stay at a hospital more comfortable.

Ensure quality healthcare for the full range of injuries is accessible throughout the transition from active duty service member to veteran status and for the duration of the warrior's life.

Ensure wounded warriors have unfettered access to the range of benefits and compensation programs for which they are eligible.

WWP’s benefits staff members help warriors develop individualized transition plans, with specific goals in areas such as physical and mental health, family cohesiveness, community involvement, education, and employment. Once the goals are set, the team works with the warrior and family members to identify the right mix of services, including government benefits, WWP programs, and community resources to meet those goals.

Ease the financial and emotional stresses of families faced with loved ones who have incurred life-altering disabilities.

Peer mentoring focused on providing the recovering wounded warriors with one-on-one support from a certified peer mentor further down the path to recovery.

WWP, in partnership with Disabled Sports USA, provides year-round sports programs for severely wounded service members. Through this program warriors participate in high-quality rehabilitative athletic events that challenge them physically and mentally.

Soldier Ride is a rehabilitative cycling opportunity for wounded warriors while raising public awareness for those severely injured. All participants are provided with the adaptive cycling equipment and training they need.

The Combat Stress Recovery Program includes a therapy-based outdoor experience called Project Odyssey and a forthcoming interactive internet-based resource center.

WWP raises public awareness so all are aware of and informed about the issues facing wounded warriors, as well as the programs, services and assistance WWP provides.

Identify and create new programs to meet the needs of this new generation of veterans.

WWP’s TRACK program is the first education center in the nation designed specifically for wounded warriors. TRACK students reside in Jacksonville, Florida, for a 12-month holistic training experience for the mind, body, and spirit. Classes are provided through Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) and can be applied toward a bachelor’s, associate degree, or vocational certificate. The second half consists of an employment internship with local employers in the areas of IT, general business, logistics, and more.

The Transition Training Academy provides innovative Information Technology (IT) training for service members and veterans who have been wounded while serving in the current military conflicts. TTA classes are taught in a modified classroom setting, with a flexible class schedule to accommodate participants’ medical and duty requirements during rehabilitation in military treatment facilities.

Along with supporting the important work of the Wounded Warrior Project your contribution will qualify you to nominate a service member of your choice onto the Wall of Heroes-Past and Present.

This Wall of Heroes Project is a chance to let that warrior in your life know how much they mean to you, and a place for them to gain the recognition that they deserve. It’s a chance to say Thank You for the sacrifices that they have made so that we may all live free.

A chance to say, "You Will Never Be Forgotten."

With every WWP Pen purchase, you will automatically be entered into a weekly drawing with the chance to win autographed baseball memorabilia from Johnny Damon, as well as to have an opportunity to win a grand prize to be mentioned in the near future, that is truly a once in a lifetime experience!

Johnny Damon is a National Spokesman for The WWP, two time World Series Champion (2004 Boston Red Sox, and 2009 New York Yankees) and a two time MLB All-Star (2002 & 2005). Johnny is also the son of a US Army Staff Sergeant, and spent time as a child moving from Army base to Army base before settling in the Orlando, Florida area with his family. While in Florida, during his senior year in 1992, he was rated the top high school prospect in the country by Baseball America, was named to USA Today's High School All-America team, and was the Florida Gatorade Player of the Year.

Johnny has given so much of his time and effort for The WWP, and we are humbled and truly thankful to have him as a partner on our National Pen Campaign!
