A: In some case they describe a Clifton or metal pen model. We send out the bonus pens based on our inventory. Once one style run low we change to a different model. So there is no guarantee you will get the same pen. We do not give out any metal pens.
A: We manufacture the refills overseas which require shipping charges to the US and then we package/handle and ship to you. The refills are valued at about $4 each, so for the price of one refill for s/h you get 3 refills and 2 pens and shipped.
A: There is only one type of refill that fits Most of our Cotapaxi pens which is the International Jumbo Sized Refills. We do not currently offer replacment refills for our bono pens. the Bono Pen is a short and fat pen that pulls apart to reveal the nib that you write with. A: In most cases it takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be fully processed, after it has been processed it is in the shipping companies hands. For UPS Ground Please Allow 3-7 Business days for you to receive your order.
A: No, these are pre-packed with one type of refill of your choice but the bonus pens are set up already with either black standard or black gel depending on the model that’s available.
A: Yes, you would just need to apply the shipping and handling to however many you are requesting. For example if you want two (2) packages, you would need to double the shipping/handling cost.
A: Due to the USPS rate changes that went into affect on May 14th 2007 we have had to raise the shipping and handling charges for our refill replenishment program to $4.55.
